Revenue Generation
We envision three revenue streams to support our project:
The Buyer is purchasing from Pangaea Tree Ltd a number of Paulownia trees. For the avoidance of doubt, the undersigned is not purchasing a claim for the transfer of title to the Paulownia trees. The purchase price is to be paid without deduction within seven days of Pangaea Tree Ltd.
Each tree is subject to a yearly maintenance fee of $39 USD to cover insurance, care and maintenance.
Your purchased Paulownia tree will be ready to harvest in about 12 years and will yield approximately $10,000 to $12,000 worth of lumber, briquettes and other wood products, depending on the region.
You have the option of selling your tree directly to interested parties via a trading platform our company recommends.
Each tree we plant is embedded with a weatherproof RFID tag with your unique ID number, tagging date, tree location, tree health, tree growth etc. You can monitor the progress of your tree.
The original tree we planted for you gives us the opportunity to plant more trees.
We expect to continue to expand the original plantations worldwide.

Once the trees grow to their full potential, we intend to sell the wood to high quality furniture makers, cabinet makers and other possible markets.
Use of Profits
We will use the net profits realized from our Paulownia Tree operation to grow more trees in your name by expanding our initial plantation and creating additional sites.
Insurance
We intend to insure our trees against storm damage and disease.
Accounting
Our accounting year will end on December 31 of each year. We will make available on our website our audited financial statements, prepared by a local auditor each year.
Our Proposal
We are asking interested people to buy a tree to plant in our plantation to start our project, for $349 per tree. Once we plant the tree, we will place an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag in the tree. This way you know the location of your tree and how it is doing. When we harvest your tree, we will reinvest the net profits in expanding our initial plantation and creating more local plantations. We will keep you apprised of our progress, giving you updates on the plantation, our products and how your gift is having an impact on the climate, the local community and our farmers. We will also place RFID chips in the new trees that the profits from your tree enable us to plant. That way, you will be able to see the tangible impact of your gift. Please note, the Company is not a charity or other philanthropic association. Your purchase is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.
Your gift will allow you to see how we are taking tangible actions to combat climate change and to assist local communities.
The acquisition of this purchase is associated with considerable risks and can lead to the complete loss of the assets purchased.
